Job summary

WD-40 Company is seeking an experienced Latin America Finance Manager in Miami to partner with LATAM commercial and leadership teams. You will build excel models, guide pricing and sourcing decisions, and lead planning, forecasting and reporting for the LATAM segment.

The role blends finance and commercial operations, with cross-border responsibilities and travel up to about 15%. A hybrid office presence in Miami is required to support the region's growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience supporting commercial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong understanding of cost behavior and COGS with cost modeling and variance analysis.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with user-friendly Excel models.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• 50% Commercial decision support and ad-hoc LATAM projects.
• 10% Month-end close related to intercompany COGS and markup (review LATAM estimates).
• 20% Monthly internal reporting and quarterly packages.
• 15% Financial planning and forecasting activities.
• 5% Determine transfer price markups on COGS to aid Mexico profitability.
