Oddin.gg is seeking a hungry Business Development Manager for the LATAM region to drive expansion and revenue. The candidate will leverage iGaming experience, B2B sales expertise, and a strong sportsbook network to engage CXO-level prospects with a compelling technical value proposition.

Qualifications

• iGaming experience in esports or betting is required.
• Direct B2B sales experience is essential.
• Network of sportsbook decision makers is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to be based in/connected to LATAM region and travel as needed.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for Oddin's esports solutions (odds feed, risk management, iFrame).
• Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding targets.
• Collaborate with betting-industry partners to position Oddin as an esports thought leader.
• Articulate a compelling value proposition focused on value, not price.
• Negotiate contracts and accelerate customer adoption.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Suggest improvements to offerings to meet client demands.
• Understand Oddin's ecosystem and seek cross-functional synergies.
• Act as an evangelist for esports and esports betting.
