Job summary

Oddin.gg is seeking a Business Development Manager for the LATAM region. The role focuses on acquiring new sportsbooks, driving revenue, and shaping Oddin`s leadership in esports analytics.

You will engage CXO-level stakeholders and articulate technical value beyond price, leveraging your iGaming and sales background. The ideal candidate is well-connected in LATAM, fluent in English and Spanish, and ready to build strategic relationships with key accounts while collaborating with founding

Qualifications

• iGaming experience within esports or betting is required.
• Sales-focused, results-driven approach with B2B experience.
• Network of contacts with sportsbooks decision makers is a plus.
• Located in LATAM region or in Europe with strong LATAM connections.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and drives progress.
• Excellent communication skills with prospects and clients.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for Oddin`s esports solution (odds feed, risk management, iFrame).
• Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding targets.
• Collaborate with partners to position Oddin as an esports thought leader.
• Articulate a compelling value proposition focusing on value over price.
• Negotiate contracts and accelerate customer adoption.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Propose improvements to meet client needs and market trends.
• Understand Oddin`s ecosystem to create synergies beyond sales.
