Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Significant investment banking experience in Debt Capital Markets or related areas.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple transactions and mentor junior bankers.
• Knowledge of liability management, ratings advisory, and financing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute debt capital markets transactions for Latin American clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Provide strategic funding advice and liability management guidance.
• Lead transaction execution from origination through pricing and closing.
• Collaborate with Coverage, Syndicate, Sales & Trading, and Legal teams.
• Prepare client presentations and financing proposals.
• Mentor junior bankers and contribute to team growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements.
• Monitor market developments and identify opportunities across IG and EM markets.
• Lead in cross-border deal execution in Latin America.
