Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent.
• 5 years progressively responsible experience building and auditing transaction models (DCF, M&A, LBO) for Latin America.
• Experience with cross-border corporate finance and Reg S/144a rules.
• Coordinate due diligence with legal, tax, advisors and stakeholders.
• Develop client-facing materials including confidential information memoranda, teasers, fairness opinions, and valuation analyses.
• Evaluate macro drivers and FX volatility in LATAM markets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Build and audit transaction models and financial analyses.
• Develop client presentations and strategic materials for deal structures.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and advisory teams during due diligence.
• Assess investor appetite, pricing benchmarks, and repayment capacity.
• Utilize market data tools (FactSet, Eikon) to support transaction analytics.
