Job summary

TikTok is seeking a strategic leader to shape e-commerce logistics and supply chain planning. You will lead short- and long-term initiatives to improve logistics experience and reduce costs, selecting the right models and assets while partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization.

You will conduct industry research, identify opportunities along the value chain, set targets, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic and analytical experience at leading management consulting firms, investment, research, and/or tech/ecommerce companies.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills enabling cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• In charge of short-term and long-term strategic planning to improve TikTok E-Commerce logistics experience and cost, including selection of suitable models and critical asset identification.
• In charge of in-depth industry research; identifying opportunities along the value chain and providing insights and recommendations for mid- to long-term strategy.
• In charge of target setting and business diagnostics of Ecommerce logistics and supply chain practice; identifying critical issues and proposing cross-team solutions.
