Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Process Assistant in Belgrade, MT to support Last Mile operations. You will manage labor allocation, lead meetings, assign duties, and coordinate with internal and external partners to keep daily production goals on track.

This full-time on-site role requires basic Office skills, strong communication, and the ability to handle physical tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Track and report ATS labor hours.
• Assist with production duties and verify SOP compliance.
• Monitor area performance and report metrics.
• Provide timely feedback on associate performance.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of workflow and daily production goals.
• Update SOPs as required.
• Ensure work areas are clean and properly equipped.
• Identify and address safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Coach associates on safe work practices.
• Report any job injuries timely according to policy.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
