Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Process Assistant in Great Falls, MT for a full-time Last Mile role. You will support daily department duties, allocate labor, lead meetings, assign tasks, and coordinate with internal and external partners to keep deliveries on track.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of Microsoft Office experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds while working a flexible schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and lift frequently.
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Assist with production duties, train associates and verify SOP compliance.
• Ensure area performance through metrics tracking and reporting.
• Provide timely, detailed feedback on associate performance.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of workflow and daily production goals.
• Review and update SOPs as required.
• Keep work areas clean and properly equipped.
• Identify and address safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Coach associates on safe work practices.
• Ensure injuries are reported timely per policies.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
