Job summary

Amazon Process Assistant (Full-time) in Belgrade, MT is looking for a detail-oriented team member to support Last Mile operations. You will help allocate labor, lead meetings, and coordinate with internal and external partners to keep the delivery process running smoothly.

Role requires a High School diploma, 1+ year of Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Occasionally assist with production duties and train associates; verify SOP compliance.
• Ensure area performance through metrics tracking and reporting.
• Independently assess associate performance and provide feedback.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of workflow and daily production goals.
• Review and update SOPs as required.
• Ensure work areas are clean and properly equipped.
• Identify safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Coach associates on safe working practices.
• Report any job injuries timely per policies.
