Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years Microsoft Office experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Assist with production duties and train associates.
• Ensure area performance through metrics tracking and reporting.
• Provide feedback on associate performance.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of workflow and daily production goals.
• Review and update SOPs as required.
• Ensure work areas are clean and properly equipped.
• Identify and address safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Coach associates on safe work practices.
• Report all job injuries timely per policy.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
