Job summary

Amazon’s Rural Super Rural (RSR) team in Great Falls, Montana is hiring Process Assistants to support our Last Mile operations. You will manage daily labor, lead meetings, assign duties, and coordinate with internal and external suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

You will track labor hours, coach associates, ensure SOP compliance, and participate in safety initiatives. A high school diploma, 49 lb lift capability, and flexible hours (including weekends) are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively across levels.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Awareness of OPEX tools and techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Flex schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Lead meetings and allocate labor.
• Provide work direction and feedback to associates.
• Ensure SOP compliance and safety in the work area.
• Coach associates on safe work practices and efficiency.
• Support production duties and cross-functional communication.
• Provide coverage for Area Managers when needed.
