Job summary

Amazon.com is hiring a Process Assistant in Scott City, Missouri, to help run Last Mile operations for Rural Super Rural (RSR). You will allocate labor, lead meetings, assign duties, and communicate with internal and external suppliers to keep our delivery network running smoothly.

The role requires at least 1 year of Microsoft Office experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work up to 40 hours per week with overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Lead meetings and assign job duties.
• Provide work direction and feedback to associates.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and SOP compliance.
• Support safety initiatives and production goals.
