Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, and/or prior Amazon experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Assist with production duties and train associates.
• Ensure performance through metrics reporting.
• Provide feedback on associate performance.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of workflow and daily goals.
• Review and update SOPs as required.
• Maintain clean, properly equipped work areas.
• Identify safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Coach on safe working practices.
• Report all job injuries per policy.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
