Job summary

Amazon, Show Low, AZ, is seeking a Process Assistant for a full-time position in the Last Mile operations. You will help manage daily department duties, track labor, lead meetings, assign tasks and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure timely deliveries and safety.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of Microsoft Office experience, a high school diploma, and is willing to work weekends, nights, or holidays. You must be able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Occasionally assist with production duties, train associates and verify SOP compliance.
• Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics.
• Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide timely and detailed feedback.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Maintain an understanding of workflow and daily production goals.
• Review and update SOPs as required.
• Ensure work areas remain clean and properly equipped.
• Identify and address safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Coach associates on safe work practices.
• Ensure all job injuries are reported timely.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
