RXO Inc. is seeking a Lead, Operations (Last Mile) to coordinate with site leadership and support home delivery services. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of 15-20 material handlers, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

The role offers a 1st shift Monday–Friday schedule, with potential overtime and Saturdays during peak season. Compensation is hourly with possible bonus or commission pay, and actual pay varies by experience and skill set.

Competenze

• 4 years of experience in operations.
• 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clear written/verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of 15-20 warehouse material handlers to receive, pick, and process orders daily.
• Use operational metrics to identify improvements and create action plans.
• Train and develop carriers and warehouse staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with site leadership and the Operations Manager to optimize routes and dispatch.
• Collaborate with contract carriers to resolve issues throughout the day.
