Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking a smart and ambitious Business Intelligence Engineer to develop and support BI and analytics for Last Mile operations in a large data warehouse environment. You will design data sets, dashboards, and reporting to answer business questions and drive delivery performance.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers, software developers, and business owners across functions to deliver scalable, low-cost data solutions and insights in a fast-growing, international setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years analyzing data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL or similar databases.
• 1+ years SQL, ETL or Oracle experience.
• 1+ years processing large multi-source datasets.
• 1+ years performing statistical analysis.
• 1+ years developing automated reporting.
• 3+ years in the job offered or related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Software Engineers to prioritize data and BI development needs.
• Identify new BI capabilities with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.
• Lead and develop BI Engineers and Analysts.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Analyze large geo-spatial logistics data and present actionable insights.
