Job summary

Amazon Last Mile Delivery is seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Manager to design long-term network strategy for North America. You will analyze complex data, define plans for last mile networks, and collaborate with retail, transportation operations, and technology teams to implement high-impact solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in program management, supply chain experience, and proficiency in Excel and SQL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of track record in program or project management.
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of using data/metrics to drive improvements.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define last mile network plans for North America.
• Provide insights into optimized delivery network structure and lead stakeholder implementations.
• Guide determination of Metropolitan Service Areas (MSA) for topology planning.
• Identify and implement network optimization improvements with stakeholder buy-in.
• Coordinate with tech/product teams to enable enhancements.
• Travel domestically up to 25%.
