Job summary

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking an experienced analyst to identify, develop and integrate solutions for the last mile network in the United States. This role leads data-driven initiatives to improve efficiency and meet growing capacity, with hands-on modeling and cross-functional collaboration.

You will mine data, build dashboards, and partner with operations teams to define KPIs and automated reporting.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
3+ years of business or financial analysis experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
Experience with Excel.
Experience with SQL.
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the development and maintenance of new and existing solution artifacts focused on driving efficiency via analysis, metrics and reporting dashboards.
Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPIs, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements.
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks.
Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.
