Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support professional for our Home Delivery segment in the United States. You will oversee the daily execution of high-volume delivery operations, ensuring goods move from our facility to the customer’s front door with a focus on safety, timeliness, and exceeding expectations.

You will monitor performance, manage delivery teams, and advocate for customers through timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Daily Execution: Monitor delivery teams to ensure 100% completion of the daily schedule.

• Customer Advocacy: Resolve customer issues with speed and empathy; escalate when necessary.
• Daily Reporting: Complete reports related to operations and performance on a daily basis.

As the Operations Support for our Home Delivery segment, you will be the driving force behind our "last mile" success. You will oversee the daily execution of high-volume delivery operations, ensuring that goods move seamlessly from our facility to the customer’s front door. Problem-solving to ensure every delivery is safe, on time, and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Execution: Monitor delivery teams to ensure 100% completion of the daily schedule. Answering calls as situations arise.
• Performance Management: Monitoring and reporting delivery team performance.
• Customer Advocacy: Resolving customer issues with speed and empathy. Escalating when necessary
• Daily Reporting: Accurately completing a series of reports daily pertaining to operations and performance

Pay Range

$65,000 - $70,000

• The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
