RXO in Florida is seeking a Last Mile Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery, and drive performance across our growing last-mile network in the region.

You will coach and develop staff, oversee route execution and service provider performance, manage settlements and controllable expenses, pursue continuous improvement, and communicate operational results and risks to leadership to support strategic market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily last mile operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Oversee route execution, service provider performance, and resolution of delivery issues, claims, and customer escalations.
• Manage service provider settlements, payables, deductions, and controllable expenses to support financial performance.
• Drive customer satisfaction through strong VOC results, claims management, and continuous process improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees while managing staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement action plans to improve service, productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Communicate operational results, risks, and opportunities to leadership and support strategic market initiatives.
