Amazon Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a salaried and hourly team, drive safety, quality and delivery promises, and guide data-driven improvements across a high-volume operation in Oklahoma. Training occurs off-site for 6+ weeks with travel arranged by Amazon.

You will manage a team, balance productivity, and coordinate with Safety, HR, and Loss Prevention to meet business goals while supporting a customer-first culture and scalable operations.

Competenze

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
