You will drive end‑to‑end equipment development, coordinate with global vendors, and partner with WW Ops Engineering, Last Mile, and Finance to ensure on‑time, budget‑compliant delivery of complex systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design & innovation, research & development work experience.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Act as WW technical expert for equipment development, leading testing and validation.
• Lead idea generation for innovative design/equipment solutions to operational problems.
• Create documentation for equipment solutions, including design definitions and quality specs.
• Generate plan to turn design solutions from ideas to assessment, pilot and expansion.
• Own and deliver against plans with reporting and leadership approvals.
