Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to advance the Last Mile engineering portfolio in North America. This role drives governance, data analytics, and documentation systems to enable leadership visibility and cross-functional alignment.

You will partner with field engineers, electrical contractors, and operations leaders to deliver scalable processes that reduce rework and accelerate project delivery at Amazon scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology.
• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases.
• Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL.
• Experience in written and verbal communication with executives and non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines and performance dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
• Build and maintain AI-powered compliance tools aggregating data into leadership reports.
• Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects across NA delivery stations with external contractors.
• Track milestones, identify gaps via root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Own weekly compliance reporting including training, invoice accuracy, and action-item closure.
• Administer documentation platforms and develop SOPs with version control and governance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and external partners; manage escalations.
