Job summary

Amazon Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Technical Program Manager for Global Engineering Services North America. You will lead cross‑functional teams to design and deploy material handling systems in fulfillment centers, integrating complex equipment, robotics, and packaging tech.

You’ll own programs end‑to‑end, define technical requirements, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate vendor relationships. Travel up to 50% with relocation support if needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules.
• 3+ years of MHE or automation environments experience.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple large, complex programs through full development and deployment lifecycle.
• Define ambiguous problems and translate into clear technical requirements.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and generate data-driven recommendations.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies and risks across stakeholders.
• Generate multiyear budgets and track program financials.
