Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Grand Rapids, MI. You will provide in-station, real-time support to ensure on-time deliveries and connect customers with experts for accurate package information.

Based at a last-mile delivery facility, you’ll communicate with customers in person, on the phone, and via email, while upholding our customer-obsessed standards and resolving issues quickly to create a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience with computers and MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong time management in dynamic environments.
• Experience with computer and web-based tools.
