Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Mitsubishi laser machinery at customer locations.
• Conduct thorough mechanical/electrical inspections including teardown, rebuild, calibration, and adjustments.
• Provide remote troubleshooting by phone to triage issues when appropriate.
• Communicate findings, repair timelines, and outcomes clearly and professionally.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and block diagrams to guide repairs.
• Document service work, results, and parts used with precise detail.
• Submit complete, accurate expense reports on time.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and service vehicles in top condition.
• Support additional tasks that improve customer satisfaction and team operations.
