Mc-Machinery-Systems, Inc. is seeking a Laser Field Service Technician in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves traveling to customer sites nationwide to diagnose and repair Mitsubishi Machining products, both mechanically and electrically. The position is 100% travel, with work conducted on customer facilities or via phone when possible.

The candidate will interpret schematics, document resolutions, and communicate professionally with customers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Reading mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• CNC programming skills a plus.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Valid driver’s license required for extensive travel.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repair.
• Examine machines mechanically and electrically to perform repairs by dismantling and rebuilding as needed.
• Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot via telephone.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Interpret schematics and block diagrams to analyze issues.
• Document product problems and resolutions in detail.
• Other duties as assigned.
