You will travel Monday through Friday, staying nearby customers' facilities, with travel extending regionally and potentially internationally, and you will communicate clearly with customers while following safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Experience with electrical measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope) preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair complex problems.
• Repair and test Mitsubishi Machining products on site.
• Interpret schematics and diagnose issues remotely when possible.
• Document problems and resolutions clearly.
