Mc-Machinery-Systems, Inc. is seeking a Laser Field Service Technician in Dallas, TX. The role involves diagnosing and repairing complex Mitsubishi Machining products on-site with regional travel Monday to Friday, returning home on weekends.

You will inspect mechanical and electrical systems, interpret schematics, and document issues and resolutions while maintaining professional customer communication.

Qualificações

• Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Experience with electrical measurement equipment.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repair.
• Examine machines mechanically and electrically in order to perform repairs by dismantling machines and rebuilding as needed.
• Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot via telephone.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
• Interpret schematics and block diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems.
• Document in detail product problems and resolutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
