Job summary

MC Machinery Systems - USA is seeking a Mechatronics Service Specialist to diagnose, service, and repair Mitsubishi laser cutting systems across the U.S. You will work remotely with on-site visits to customer facilities, handling mechanical, electrical, and control systems and providing timely service notes and reports.

The role requires extensive travel Monday–Friday, with weekends at home. Strong diagnostic skills, familiarity with electrical schematics, and experience with precision measuring

Qualifications

• Experience in machining, manufacturing processes, or industrial equipment service.
• Proficiency with diagnostic and precision tools (multimeters/voltmeters, calipers, micrometers).
• Comfort with Windows PCs and service applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair Mitsubishi laser cutting systems—mechanical assemblies, electrical systems, and controls.
• Perform thorough inspections: dismantle, rebuild, adjust, and align to spec.
• Provide remote phone support to reduce downtime where appropriate.
• Translate schematics, wiring, and block diagrams into decisive actions and communicate with customers.
