Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in Business, Marketing, English, Hospitality or Event Management is a plus.
• Fluent professional English (spoken and written) required.
• Proven ability to push projects forward independently.
• Track record of meeting deadlines, deposits and contracts on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of client events end to end — venue sourcing, supplier coordination, and on-site execution.
• Handle day-to-day supplier communication: quotes, availability, negotiations, deposits, and paperwork.
• Keep venue and vendor database and order records accurate and current.
• Prepare client-facing documents and internal trackers.
• Coordinate logistics around each event: F&B, AV, branding, signage, guest lists, and on-site support.
• Take on other tasks and projects as the team grows.
