Job summary

CAE is seeking a Fleet Planner in Orlando to manage day-to-day planning and scheduling of client training activities for designated aircraft platforms. You will balance customer requirements, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and resource allocation.

You will partner with Training Managers to align training programs, student rosters, and bookings with operational needs, while adapting schedules to changing priorities and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of aviation industry experience or experience in a related operational scheduling, planning, logistics, or training coordination environment.
• Experience coordinating schedules, resources, or training activities in a regulated environment.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily client training schedules for assigned aircraft platforms.
• Coordinate instructor training activities, including booking, qualification tracking, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Training Managers to ensure training requirements and course catalogs are accurate and aligned with needs.
• Allocate instructor, simulator, and training resources to support training delivery while balancing client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Identify scheduling challenges and develop alternative solutions to support training delivery and customer satisfaction.
