Job summary

CAE is seeking a remote Fleet Planner to support our state-of-the-art facility in Las Vegas. The role involves day-to-day planning of client training, independently managing scheduling while coordinating with the training manager, sales and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to think creatively, and a solid ability to interpret a variety of regulatory requirements from national and international agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years job related experience.
• Ability to meet business goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ability to follow established regulations, company polices and other guidance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively schedules and allocates simulator resources to maximize revenue and employee satisfaction.
• Communicates with the training manager, sales and customer service to respond to client requests and address concerns.
• Adapts schedules to fluctuating demands including cancellations and employee absences.
• Ensures training is booked within National Aviation Authority regulations.
• Drives revenue efficiency by optimizing booked schedules and providing clear slots for sales.
