OnTrac in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a HUB Area Manager to oversee sort operations and lead a team at an onsite facility. The role reports to the Facility Operations Manager and focuses on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The position requires a GED or diploma (BA/BS preferred), at least 2 years in logistics with leadership, strong data analysis, and excellent communication and coaching skills. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• GED or diploma required; BA/BS degree in related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics experience with at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, staff and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers in an assigned area.
• Monitor employee progress, provide ongoing feedback, identify areas for improvement, and address performance/attendance.
• Conduct pre-sort meetings, communicate daily goals, safety priorities and keep open lines of communication.
• Record and manage departures/arrivals and flow of volume from designated Linehauls.
• Perform safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
