Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in logistics or related industry with at least 1 year of leadership.
• Ability to evaluate and summarize data and present findings.
• Strong communication skills and feedback delivery.
• Experience with hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage, staff and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers in an assigned area.
• Monitor employee progress, provide ongoing feedback, and address performance/attendance.
• Lead pre-sort meetings and communicate daily goals and safety priorities.
• Record and manage flow of volume from designated Linehauls.
• Perform safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
