OnTrac in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a HUB Area Manager to oversee sort operations and lead a team at an onsite facility. The role reports to the Facility Operations Manager and focuses on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-sort meetings, communicate daily goals, safety priorities and keep open lines of communication.
• Record and manage departures/arrivals and flow of volume from designated Linehauls.
• Perform safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting.

OnTrac is hiring a HUB Area Manager in Las Vegas, NV!

Location: 551 Courier St., Henderson, NV 89011. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $67,200 - $84,000, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $84,000 - 100,800. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Employment Logistics:

As an Area Manager for OnTrac, you will report directly to the Operations Manager of the facility and be responsible for managing all the sort activities and volume within an assigned area. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change to enhance business outcomes within the operation.

The Must-Haves:

• GED/Diploma required, BA/BS college degree in related discipline preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of industry experience – (ex. logistics, shipping, 3PL) with at least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience
• Ability to effectively evaluate and summarize data and present answers to questions
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office and mathematical skills
• Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback
• Experience with hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and completing performance evaluations for employees

• You will frequently need to stand, walk, sit, and use your hands to handle or feel.

Your Mission in Motion:

• Conduct pre-sort meetings, keeping employees informed of daily goals, upcoming events, and safety priorities. Maintain an open line of communication to engage employees.
• Record and manage the departures/arrivals of and the flow of volume from designated Linehauls.
• Execute various administrative duties, including but not limited to, safety training, operational audits, and end of shift reporting.
