Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a HUB Area Manager to oversee the sort activities and volume within an assigned facility, ensuring quality, safety, and efficient operations.

This onsite leadership role requires strong people management, data analysis, and clear communication. PM shift; base pay $59,840–$74,800, with potential to $89,760 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in logistics/shipping/3PL with at least 1 year of leadership.
• Strong data evaluation and ability to summarize findings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Manage, staff, and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Leads in the assigned area.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, address performance and attendance.
• Conduct pre-sort meetings; communicate daily goals and safety priorities.
• Record flow of volume from designated Linehauls and manage departures/arrivals.
• Perform safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
