Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a motivated Large Loss Team Member to lead restoration crews on major commercial and residential losses, storm events, and high-volume responses. You will coordinate crews, equipment, and daily activities to ensure safe, efficient projects that meet SERVPRO's standards.

Ideal candidates bring restoration or construction experience, leadership skills, and a willingness to travel, with on-call availability and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous restoration or construction experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel for large-loss and storm events.
• Must be willing to participate in on-call rotations and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration technicians on large-loss projects.
• Coordinate crews and equipment to meet project requirements.
• Maintain safety and quality to SERVPRO standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare daily work plans and track progress.
• Assist with mobilization and demobilization of crews and equipment.
