Job summary

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking a motivated Large Loss Team Member to lead restoration crews on major commercial and residential losses, storms, and high-volume emergencies.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and the ability to travel, work overtime, and respond to emergencies. You’ll coordinate crews, equipment, and materials while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining SERVPRO standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred restoration experience in water, fire, mold, or large-loss.
• IICRC certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration technicians on large-loss, residential, and commercial restoration projects.
• Coordinate and direct crews in the field to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
• Assign daily work activities and communicate priorities clearly to team members.
• Perform and oversee water, fire, mold, storm, specialty cleaning, demolition, and other restoration services.
