Job summary

Foster Blue Water Oil LLC is seeking a focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Lapeer, Michigan. The role is an on-site opportunity at our Lapeer Bulk Plant, with responsibilities including handling enrollments, cancellations, issue resolutions, counter service, order processing, and daily payments and deposits.

The position offers a platform to interact with customers, manage inquiries, and support office operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
• Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, issue resolutions and complaints.
• Assist customers at the counter.
• Process customer orders and postings.
• Post payments daily in the computer system and reconcile daily deposits.
• Filing and scanning documents; greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director or Office Manager.

Foster Blue Water Oil is looking for a focused, bright, and industrious Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The position is optional for full-time at our Lapeer Bulk Plant office.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionalism with handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
• Assist customers at the counter.
• Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled)
• Process customer orders.
• Posting payments daily in the computer system.
• Reconcile daily deposits.
• Filing and scanning documents.
• Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
