Job summary

Foster Blue Water Oil, LLC seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Carsonville Bulk Plant. The role involves handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, and issue resolutions, and assisting customers at the counter.

Responsibilities include processing orders, posting payments, reconciling deposits, filing documents, and greeting visitors such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Other duties may be assigned by the Director or Office Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
• Effective communication, friendly, organized, and professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
• Assist customers at the counter.
• Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled).
• Process customer orders.
• Post payments daily in the computer system.
• Reconcile daily deposits.
• File and scan documents.
• Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
