JF Petroleum Group in Morrisville, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, enter data, and coordinate with service, sales, and distribution teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel and ERP systems. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Typing speed 40+ WPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated source.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions including inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Obtain and evaluate information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Enter notes into ERP system.
• Input service requests with billing and service information.
• Ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Provide status on existing requests by phone, email, and portals.
• Coordinate with internal departments (service, sales, distribution).

Description

The JF Petroleum Group stands as a premier leader in the North American fueling infrastructure industry, offering comprehensive turn-key solutions for distribution, construction, and service needs. We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.

The pay for this position is $22/hr.

The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 10am-7pm

Job Duties:

• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated source.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions including inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Enter detailed notes obtained by phone calls and emails into ERP system.
• Input service requests with required billing and service information.
• Reassure information is accurate and comprehensive.
• Provide information on existing customer requests by phone, email, and web portals.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (service, sales, distribution)

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices; previous industry experience a plus
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Word/Excel, familiarity with large-scale ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
• Ability to type (40+ WPM a plus)
• Knowledge of administrative procedures
• Numeric, oral and written language applications
• Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
• Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
