Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a dynamic Clinical Sales professional to advance minimally invasive surgery through laparoscopic instrumentation. This high-impact role thrives in the operating room and emphasizes consultative relationships with surgical teams.

You'll drive sales in hospital and IDN environments, coordinate trials, deliver surgeon-focused trainings, and manage complex cycles across General Surgery, GYN, Urology, and Bariatrics. Extensive US travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or clinical background preferred.
• 2+ years of medical device or surgical sales experience.
• Experience selling into hospital and surgical environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute product trials, evaluations, and conversions within hospital systems.
• Deliver hands-on training and in-services tailored to surgeons, OR nurses, and tech staff.
• Manage complex sales cycles involving value analysis committees and clinical decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships across General Surgery, GYN, Urology, and Bariatrics.
• Track pipeline activity, account progress, and forecasting using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support national accounts and large health systems.
