Job summary

Surgical Principals, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Surgical Sales Representative to grow our footprint in the operating room market in the United States. You will engage with surgeons and clinical operating room managers, deliver consultative presentations, and tailor solutions to each account.

You will also conduct clinical trials with our disposable, reusable, and capital equipment products and help implement new devices into the OR environment, supported by a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• High energy level and adaptability to learn new concepts quickly
• Ability to conduct consultative sales through formal sales training

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by engaging with surgeons and OR managers.
• Make consultative sales presentations and propose solutions tailored to surgeons and OR managers.
• Conduct clinical trials with our products.
• Implement products into the operating room environment.
