Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp in Washington DC area seeks a Surgical Specialist to maximize revenue within the OR and account base. You will support staff pre-, intra-, and post-operatively, guiding customers with product expertise and tailored solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years OR experience in a medical device setting, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively to growth accounts across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–2 years OR experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Clinical background in Urology preferred.
• Strong OR knowledge and procurement experience.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by executing team sales strategies to hit annual targets.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Urology product portfolio and Laborie lines.
• Develop skills in territory planning, CRM reporting, and overall territory ownership.
• Build professional relationships and deliver tailored solutions to increase accounts.
• Conduct post-sales visits, provide training, and report new opportunities to teams.
