Job summary

HealthCare Recruiters International partners with a global leader in surgical technology to hire a high-impact hospital territory sales professional. You will build relationships with neurosurgeons, OR leadership, and hospital decision-makers, and lead strategic growth for capital equipment opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical device, surgical, or hospital capital equipment sales experience.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling into the OR, neurosurgery, spine, or surgical specialties is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and territory management skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell advanced surgical navigation, digital OR, and capital technology solutions into hospitals.
• Build relationships with neurosurgeons, spine surgeons, OR leadership, and hospital decision-makers.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
• Manage complex capital sales cycles from opportunity to close.
• Partner closely with clinical and technical teams during evaluations and implementations.
• Grow existing accounts while developing new hospital relationships.
