Job summary

Laborie seeks a Surgical Specialist in Urology to support the Operating Room based Sales team, driving revenue growth and achievement of sales goals within the assigned territory. The role entails in-OR guidance pre-operatively, intra-operatively, and post-operatively to ensure optimal customer experience.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and 1–2 years of OR experience, preferably with medical devices; a clinical background in Urology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–2 years OR experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Clinical background in Urology preferred.
• Strong OR knowledge; procurement experience helpful.
• Credentialed to access accounts in the territory.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Urology portfolio to support customers.
• Develop business plans, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
• Engage customers with tailored value propositions and solutions.
• Conduct post-sales visits for product training and feedback.
