Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Lane Server in Towson, MD. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and help create a fun, safe, and high-energy environment for bowlers and guests of all ages.

You’ll learn the menu, promotions, and specials, upsell experiences, and provide exceptional service while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Evening and night shifts, weekend availability, and tips are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
