Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to engage guests, take and deliver food and beverages, and help create a memorable bowling-center experience. You will learn our menu and promotions, relay them to guests, and assist with guest questions and requests in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes outstanding guest service, teamwork, and a welcoming attitude in an entertainment environment. Evening and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
