Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Lane Server to greet guests, take and deliver food and beverages, and upsell the center experience. You’ll work in a lively entertainment environment, learn the menu and promotions, check back with guests, and help keep the center clean while shuttling between service stations.

The role requires 2 years of related experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to guest service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
